Bacon Delights

This is a quick, easy and very tasty meal for breakfast , lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

Bacon Delight

Bacon Delight

As many slices of  toast as needed
As much bacon as needed
As much tomato as needed
As much onion as needed
As much Tasty cheese as needed
I usually make 6, I have 2 and my husband has 4

Method:

Place toast in baking tray
Fry enough bacon to cover each piece
Cover each piece with tomato
Cover each piece with onion
Cover each piece with tasty cheese
Place in medium oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Yummy

RECIPE FOR HAPPINESS

One cup of confidence

One cup of love

In a pan of happiness mix above

Add a touch of tenderness

Ans a tablespoon of trust

Stir well in the “Sunshine”

Roll out a loving crust

Flour with contentment

Keep it free from strife,

Fill with understanding and

Bake well with your life
