June asks: I want to make Playdough for my grandkids but I’ve lost the recipe I had. Can you help Auntie Flo?

Auntie Flo: Kids love playdough but it can be expensive to buy. This is my playdough recipe - simple and quick to make:

1 cup plain flour
½ cup salt
1 tablespoon oil
1-2 tablespoons cream of tartar
1 cup boiling water with a few drops of food colouring.

Mix the dry ingredients together with the oil and then quickly add the boiling water, stirring rapidly as the dough thickens.

Kneed until smooth adding more flour if dough is sticky. Get the biscuit cutters out and the kids will have a ball!
