Auntie Flo is taking a break for a while and she has nearly exhausted her supply of hints, tips and plain old-fashioned (but fantastic) ways of doing things from an earlier time.

We urgently need some more useful old remedies and methods to add to the collection, so if you can help is some way, please drop as a message from the contact page.
